September Snapshot: Table Art Events
At the end of our busiest month post-pandemic, we take a look at our September Events.
Let us take you on an adventure across the UK. From the ultra cool Manchester Central, to the blissful countryside setting of Hampshire’s Four Seasons, to the Historic Savoy Hotel. September Events at Table Art have been a much missed dose of normality. We have seen the return of corporate events in a big way! From 100 plus tables in arenas across the country, to boutique style award shows. We have done it all over September.
September has ushered in a new optimism as we see the orders come in thick and fast. We are thrilled to announce the return of many of our staff members and a return to full time hours. The demand through this month has been a welcome development, one which we hope grows through the Autumn and Winter months. Here we have cherry picked a collection of our September Events to share with you. We hope you enjoy!
Full Moons @ Manchester Central | 02/09/2021
Starting the month off with an infinite galaxy of moons. Manchester Central set out 120 tables, each with a Full Moon Illuminating the proceedings. They worked fabulously with the AV set design which included huge orbs at varying sizes. A fun event at heart, this HSJ Awards Show went for a rainbow effect with their lights.
Pixel Tubes @ The Savoy Hotel | 03/09/2021
A long time in the planning, this was a privilege to see flourish. Inside the prestigious Savoy Hotel, our Pixel Tubes made for a modern contrast to the classic decor. With our DMX system operated by our technician Jake, he coordinated with the presentation so the Tubes synced perfectly with the announcements.
Full Moons @ Old Billingsgate London | 06/09/2021
The British Takeaway Awards was an evening to remember. Thanks to the explosion in demand, the takeaway industry is going from strength to strength. The Full Moons lit attendees in a magenta hue to match the award show logo.
Martini Glasses @ ICC Birmingham | 09/09/2021
The ICC Birmingham was a welcome host to the APSE Awards. With our Martini Glasses illuminated in Pink, the show had a fun yet classic look. Pairing our centrepieces with dynamic AV made for a showstopping evening.
Triple Stars @ Carden Park | 09/09/2021
Combining the Triple Star with our Crystal Stars made a cosmic pairing fit for an awards show. Carden Park opened it’s doors to an elegant award show. The client opted for our DMX lighting system and patched it directly into the onsite AV desk. This allowed the client to sync the centrepieces with the AV seamlessly.
Selfie Booth @ Telford International Centre | 11/09/2021
A last minute booking, we had a day to prepare for a party at the Telford International Centre. With a laid back feel, the client wanted for her guests to have fun. The Selfie booth brought the fun while the poseur tables offered somewhere for guests to put their drink.
Star Fountains @ Milton Keynes Jurys Inn | 15/09/2021
Planned with precision, this award show wanted to make the most of the DMX system. Armed with the winners list, our lighting tech was able to pinpoint the winners table and make it flash when their name was announced. Always a fabulous way to build tension, this pinpointing worked particularly well on the Star Fountain design.
Pixel Strings @ Manchester Central | 15/09/2021
The pictures do not do this justice. The team were delighted to be back at Manchester Central. This time with a team favourite, the Pixel String. It the biggest order of that design thus far, we installed 118 Pixel Strings.
Circus Centrepieces @ Mecure Manchester | 16/09/2021
The popularity of the Greatest Showman shows no sign of slowing down. The Showman brief was set and we delivered our Carousel, Showman and Hot Air Balloon designs. The vivid centrepieces brought the theme to life, and guests danced late into the night.
Medieval Designs @ Indigo Hotel Stratford | 17/09/2021
An odd brief but a thoroughly enjoyable one. Not often we get set a medieval brief but when we do, we relish it. Looking for historical style centrepieces, MD Gary combined helmets with book, candles, foliage and food. It was a fabulously fun event that saw guests jousting and having a merry old sing-a-long.
Swirls @ Manchester Central | 20/09/2021
Always a delight to work with HSJ and this event was no exception. We returned to Manchester Central, this time with a van full of Swirls. Again it was a colourful evening, tables lit in a veritable rainbow of colours.
Feather Lily Vase @ Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire | 23/09/2021
Adding a touch of Hollywood glam to an already glamorous venue. We installed our Feather Lily Vases inside the fabulous Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire. The room was awash with pink, purple and magenta tones, all working beautifully with our tall fluted vases.
Blaze @ Coventry Building Society Arena | 24/09/2021
Lighting up an Auction Evening for the NSPCC was our Blaze centrepiece. The centrepiece was lit green and white to match the NSPCC Logo. Keeping everything unified in colour made for a more coherent look across the event.
