Earlier this year, Table Art delivered 50 Neon Rings for a two-day corporate event at the incredible Nuba Beach Club in Constanța, Romania. Working with Livada Advertising SRL on behalf of GLO, the event focused on immersive guest engagement during a major product launch. The concept was simple but highly effective. Guests who ordered enough products during the event were rewarded with a glowing Neon Ring presented directly to their table by GLO representatives. Once delivered, the Neon Ring remained illuminated on the table throughout the evening, instantly transforming the guest experience and creating a vibrant visual atmosphere across the venue. From luxury lighting installations to experiential event styling, this project demonstrated how immersive décor can become part of the event journey itself.
Lighting has become one of the most important elements within immersive event styling. At Nuba Beach Club, the Neon Rings created immediate visual impact against the venue’s incredible architecture, foliage and atmospheric lighting. To reach Romania, Table Art Managing Director Gary and Fred travelled across Europe over a ten-day journey leading to Constanța. Along the way, they stopped in Stuttgart, Vienna, Victory Square, Boița and Bucharest before finally arriving at the Romanian coastline.
The road trip highlighted the preparation, logistics and commitment often required when delivering large-scale international events.
Travelling through multiple cities also provided inspiration for future event concepts, from architectural lighting ideas to immersive hospitality experiences discovered throughout Europe.
