A successful exhibition presence always starts with strong collaboration. For the Event Production Show 2026, we partnered with Russell and his team at Event Staging Services to transform our vision into a fully realised stand that truly stood out.
From early planning to final installation, the focus was on creating a dynamic space that would stop visitors in their tracks. Fred, Andy and TJ worked tirelessly during a busy set up schedule, coordinating closely with the Event Staging Services crew to ensure every lighting element, structure and prop was perfectly placed.

Fred, Andy and TJ worked incredibly hard alongside Russell’s team to bring the stage to life. From installing the giant screen to positioning the Urban Mesh columns and integrating lighting features, every detail required precision and teamwork.
By the time the doors opened, we were thrilled to see the stand doing exactly what we had hoped, drawing visitors in and creating a vibrant, welcoming hub within the show.
Future Planning
