Working alongside the brilliant team at We Are Events at the beginning of July, what started as a request for space-themed table centres quickly evolved into a fully branded event environment. From bespoke printed graphics and illuminated displays to custom poseur tables, inflatable props and striking ceiling installations, this project demonstrated how a single creative vision can be brought to life through one trusted supplier.

The initial brief was simple enough. The client wanted memorable space-themed table centrepieces that would create impact throughout the gala dinner.
Our proposal showcased a wide range of celestial-inspired options, including our Full Moon Table Centres, Lunar Glow Table Centres, inflatable props and themed accessories designed to immerse guests in a cosmic atmosphere.
However, alongside the centrepieces, we also introduced some of our wider product range, including our bespoke Custom Spire Poseur Tables, decorative panelling and large inflatable installations.
It was the custom poseurs that changed everything. Once the client saw the possibilities of fully branded furniture with bespoke printed graphics, the conversation expanded beyond décor into complete event branding.
That Created a Cohesive Guest Experience
One of the greatest advantages of having an in-house production team is the ability to deliver consistent branding across every touchpoint of an event.
For this project, the client created the artwork, while our dedicated print room brought those designs to life across a wide variety of products.

Custom-designed poseurs that opened the door to a complete venue transformation.
The Custom Spire Poseurs became both functional furniture and striking branding opportunities, adding another premium touch to the guest experience.
Every graphic worked together perfectly because everything was produced from the same artwork, resulting in a cohesive, high-end finish from arrival through to the final course.

One element we’re especially proud of is our dedicated print room.
While many clients know Table Art for centrepieces and event styling, fewer realise we have an experienced production team capable of manufacturing and printing bespoke event graphics in-house.
For this project, the client’s creative vision remained exactly that—their vision.
Our role was to produce every graphic to the highest standard, ensuring colour consistency, premium print quality and precise installation across multiple surfaces throughout the venue.
Having everything produced under one roof meant tighter quality control, streamlined communication and complete confidence that every branded element would work together perfectly on the day.
What Heatwave?!
As anyone working in events knows, it’s not just creativity that matters—it’s execution.
This installation took place during one of the hottest periods of the summer, with temperatures pushing everyone involved to their limits.
Installing large-format graphics, inflatables, lighting features and décor during an intense heatwave required careful planning, patience and an incredible team effort.
