On 7th February 2026, Table Art delivered an unforgettable Traitors themed event styling experience for the Aligner Dental Academy at the prestigious Royal College of Physicians. Inspired by the drama and mystery of the hit TV show The Traitors, this immersive corporate event showcased how cutting-edge creativity — powered by AI — can transform a venue into a fully themed experience.
From a dramatic 6-metre balloon wall to illuminated hooded figures watching guests from every corner of the room, this event proved that no matter the concept, Table Art can bring any vision to life. In this blog, we take you behind the scenes — starting with the proposal visuals, moving through the production process, and finally revealing the spectacular finished event.
Based on the BBC hit reality series The Traitors, the theme centres around deception, mystery and psychological suspense. Set against dramatic lighting, hooded cloaks and gothic-inspired visuals, the show challenges contestants to uncover hidden “traitors” among them. For this corporate event, we translated that atmosphere into immersive styling — blending scarlet neon lighting, shadowed silhouettes and dramatic centrepieces to recreate the tension and theatre of the series.
The Proposal: Visualising a Traitors Themed Event
Every successful event begins with a strong concept. For this Traitors themed event styling project, we utilised AI technology to transform our existing event imagery into bespoke, theme-led visuals for the client proposal.
Using our signature pieces — including branded lanterns, columns and balloon walls — we digitally reimagined them with dramatic scarlet lighting, hooded silhouettes and shadowed textures inspired by the show’s aesthetic. This allowed the Aligner Dental Academy team to clearly visualise how the event would look within the Royal College of Physicians before production even began.
By combining creativity with AI-enhanced design tools, we delivered a proposal that felt cinematic, immersive and completely tailored to the theme. The client’s trust in our vision gave us the freedom to push creative boundaries — and the results spoke for themselves.
Crafting Custom Traitors Props
Once the concept was approved, our dedicated Table Art team moved into full production mode. The aim? To transform digital visuals into impactful, standalone props and centrepieces that would elevate the entire venue atmosphere.
One of the standout installations was the 6-metre-wide balloon wall, constructed entirely in black balloons and illuminated by a custom scarlet red Traitors neon sign. This dramatic backdrop became a focal point for guest photography and social sharing, reinforcing the immersive theme.
Custom 3D Printed Props for a Traitors Themed Corporate Event
For our iconic Neon Rings, we took creativity a step further. Using 3D printing technology, we produced double-sided haunted silhouettes of hooded traitor figures. Each silhouette was illuminated by the surrounding neon ring, creating a glowing halo effect that amplified the eerie atmosphere.
Positioned on poseur tables around the room, these installations added height, drama and cohesion to the overall event styling.
Windsor Candelabras & Blazes in Traitorous Red
To complement the immersive décor, the client opted for a mix of table centrepieces. Our elegant Windsor Candelabras and bold Blaze centrepieces were lit in deep red tones, casting dramatic shadows across the tables and enhancing the mysterious mood.
By blending traditional statement pieces with thematic lighting, we created an atmosphere that felt sophisticated yet daring — perfect for a corporate event with personality.
First impressions matter and this entrance made one.
Six branded columns, three positioned on either side of the walkway, lined the entrance to the event space. Each column featured the iconic hooded figures illuminated from within. As the ambient lighting dimmed throughout the evening, these glowing silhouettes became even more striking, guiding guests into the experience.
Around the room, ten branded light panels displayed our murderous figures, subtly “watching” as guests celebrated. At the far end of the space, giant masked props with moving eyes flanked the stage — a theatrical nod to the show’s suspenseful energy. It was dramatic, immersive and, as many guests commented, “very Claudia.”
Turning Corporate Events into Fully Themed Experiences
According to recent event industry insights from organisations such as EventMB, immersive and experiential design continues to dominate corporate event trends. Guests expect more than décor, they want atmosphere, interaction and storytelling.

The Final Reveal
As the evening unfolded, the transformation was undeniable. The scarlet lighting deepened, shadows danced across the walls, and every prop came alive. Guests mingled beneath glowing neon rings, posed in front of the dramatic balloon wall, and dined by candlelight surrounded by mysterious hooded figures.
What began as AI-enhanced concept visuals became a fully realised, immersive corporate event — proof that with creativity, technology and expert craftsmanship, any theme can be brought to life.
