Someone somewhere is screaming ‘It is August! What the hell are they talking about Christmas for?!’ Well, we can make an educated guess that person doesn’t work in the events industry. Why? Because every planner, technician and supplier knows that August is when you get your Xmas plans firm in the diary. While most are out enjoying the sunshine, we are toiling away. Up to our eyes in artificial snow and sparkling glitter.
As with many Events Businesses, Christmas is THE busiest time of the year. Therefore, preparation is key. We are staying positive that the vaccination will work its magic. With a little bit of luck, the events industry will be back to full working order by the Autumn. That being said, we know how uncertain things are at the moment. Bookings are going to be tricky for clients to confirm. That is why we are extending our cancellation terms. Book now and you can cancel up to two weeks prior to an event at no additional cost. Providing nothing has been specially made for your event with a bespoke order, we will happily cancel or postpone your booking. With that in mind, now is the time to secure our stock for that Christmas party!
Now we are all about preparation here but on the flip side of that is the fact we can also take last minute bookings. The only downside to those last minute enquiries is that you may not get the design or theme you originally planned for. Likewise, to keep your clients happy we always recommend early booking.

We arrive days before your first event to install the centrepieces, charging stations and racking (if required). Our team will then train the relevant members of your staff in how the lights work. They will know how the centrepieces are put together, charged, and maintained. We aim to leave your venue with an onsite team that are happy and confident to run the centrepieces/props for the duration of the hire.
One of the most important things to know about our long-term hire is that we provide all the necessary equipment. From the charging points that keeps your lights juiced to the shelving that will house the centrepieces when they aren’t in use. We know that a venue is only as strong as it’s last party so maintenance on the centres and props comes as standard. Have a centrepiece stolen or damaged on the night?
